New Family Business Emerges

Faisaltex was founded when the brothers snapped up some cheap machines from a bankrupt Bolton company in 1987. With just 12 sock machines, Arif and his brothers have built an empire based on hard work and a bit of luck.

Faisaltex was the main supplier of socks, underwear and pyjamas to discount giant Matalan, New look and Tammy Girl.

In 2001 the company secured a six-figure deal to make socks and nightwear based on the popular kids cartoon, Dragonball Z.At the same time they also secured a potentially lucrative licence to distribute the cartoon trading cards across the country.

Many years have passed and the Patel brothers with their hard work & generosity have put their efforts back into society by donating a percentage of their profits back into society by means of charity work. The Patel family is now concentrating their efforts in their property portfolio in which the family owns high street properties in Preston, Lancaster, Warrington and central London.
